Becoming MCS registered gives your company access to the MCS website where customers can search to find their local installer.

In conjunction with this, Energy Saving Trust operates its Renewables Installer Finder tool which lists local MCS-registered installers.

All installers can create a page with their business information and make it available to visiting customers. The customer will also be asked to leave a review once the installation is complete. This is a requirement of the Home Energy Scotland Grant and Loan process but installers can ask their customers to do this voluntarily.
