A heat pump is a renewable heating system that converts heat from outside and moves it into your home. They use electricity to transfer heat from the outside air (air-to-water) or surrounding ground/water (ground-to-water) and the heat is then transferred to the central heating system.

There are several types of heat pumps available and some may be better suited for your customer’s property than others. An air source heat pump is one of the most popular types of domestic heat pumps used in the UK as it can be installed in many types of properties.
